From plantation to ship

All drying and processing is done on the plantations. We operate a first-in-first-out process to facilitate smoother delivery. All our products are shipped FOB from Matadi Port, RD Congo.

Infrastructure and transport

We have put in place a reliable logistics structure to ensure we meet contract requirements in terms of delivery and contract execution. For example, we use our own boat and barges (capacity 2,500t) manned by experienced crews to transport goods on the extensive river networks from our plantations and cooperatives around the country to Matadi international docks.

Guarantees and inspections

All our products undergo rigorous third-party inspections by recognised, international inspection companies at Matadi. Inspection companies include SGS International www.sgs.com or equivalents. Some people prefer to use their own inspectors, and we are happy to assist them in every way we can.

Our guarantees are simple. We will send you a sample that reflects our products. What you see will be what you get. The products are then inspected and the quality verified by independent third parties before they are shipped, and if sample does not reflect what is shipped, we will replace it.
